As many of you already know, I have fallen behind in casting your orders. This is because of the perfect storm of me out ill for a week and being by myself here. I am working to catch up, however, so please be patient.
Doug I ordered an SMS Mackensen Dec.11 order #3198, the payment went thru paypal same day. Would have been nice to have known about the change over via the GFI site! BEEN ringing the phone line the inbox is FULL, and my e-mails to dye4minis are unanswered; and NO DANG MINI! When can I expect the mini to get here in TEXAS, the Pony Express was faster than you folks. Yah-all need to update the website with the changes and if you have a frakking phone where I can actually talk to someone let me have the number. Rather pissed off,wonder why? Hey Doug the phone-line at least doesn't tell you to hang up now, but I still have no responses and still no mini. DID YOU DECIDE TO MOVE OVERSEAS AS WELL? Was hoping this blog would expedite things but GUESS WHAT? This route is as big a dead end as the GFI phone line and the dye4minis E-MAIL. I really want that mini and do NOT want to have to go thru paypal to get my money back; however if I have no answer by 6pm CST Monday Jan 10; I will be forced to report you folks to Paypal for non-shipment. Oh yeah I have little patience for folks who will not at LEAST communicate with their customers and warn them about potential problems if they order from a company. I would be thrilled to hear that there was some sort of trouble delaying my order and telling me when I could expect shipment. As i have e-mailed before i have received packages from the UK,Ohio, canada, and Iowa that were ordered on Dec 11 and they have ALL FRAKKING ARRIVED ! So WHAZZUPP with you guys? EVILDAVE76
